4  Colonial Services Board Contract. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-107 to authorize the execution of a contract with the Colonial Services Board for the provision of mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse services to the residents of York County.

5   Street Acceptance. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-113 to request the Virginia Department of Transportation to include a certain street in the Falcon Crest, Section 2, subdivision into the Secondary System of State Highways.
