Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 07-14 to amend the York County Code to specify that an appeal to the York County Circuit Court from a decision of the York County Chesapeake Bay Board must be taken within 30 days following the decision of the Board.  (APPROVED)

2   Voting Districts Nos. 1 and 3 Boundary Amendments.  Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 07-16 to reestablish the boundaries of York County Voting Districts No. 1 and No. 3, and the Magruder and Edgehill voting precincts, as a result of the jurisdictional boundary line adjustment agreement approved by the York County Board of Supervisors on April 17, 2007.  (APPROVED)
