2   Commendation of the U.S. Coast Guard. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-111 to commend those stationed at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, for their many volunteer contributions to York County.  (APPROVED)

3  Purchase Authorization. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-112 to authorize purchase arrangements for the Victory Blvd Drainage Improvements project.  (APPROVED)
