5  Amendment to York County Code: Personal Property Taxation of Vehicles for Disabled Veterans.
Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 07-8 to add new Section 21-7.9 to the York County Code to add a new classification for personal property taxation to provide that one vehicle owned by a disabled veteran be taxed at a reduced rate of $1.00 per $100 of valuation.
