2  York County Code Amendment: Chapter 16—Discharge of Firearms. C
onsider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 07-9 to amend Section 16-7 of the York County Code to add The Lakes at Dare subdivision to the list of restricted areas for the discharge of firearms or air-operated or gas-operated weapons within the County.  TABLED

3  York County Code Amendment: Chapter 5—Automobile Graveyards/Junkyards.
Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 07-10 to amend Chapter 5 of the York County Code to establish revised requirements pertaining to the screening of inoperable vehicles from view from streets, roads, and highways.  APPROVED

Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 07-11 to amend Chapter 16 of the York County Code to establish provisions for “No Wake” zones on certain designated waterways in York County, and proposed Resolution R07-89 to request that “No Wake” designations and markers be established on five waterways in York County.  APPROVED
