1    Approval of Minutes. Consider approval of the minutes of the meetings of the York County Board of Supervisors.  (APPROVED)

a.   Unapproved minutes of the May 1, 2007, Regular Meeting.

2   Public Sewer Extension—Villas at Yorktown. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-79 to authorize an extension of the County’s sanitary sewer system to a proposed development known as the Villas at Yorktown.  (APPROVED)

a.   Memorandum from County Administrator.
b.   Map of Service Area.
c.   Public Sewer Extension Agreement.
d.   Proposed Resolution R07-79.

3   Fiscal Agent Agreement. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-81 to authorize execution of a fiscal agreement between the Economic Development Authority of York County and the County of York.  (APPROVED)

4   Revenue Bond Issuance for Anheuser Busch. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-83 to approve and concur with the issuance by the Economic Development Authority of James City County of revenue bonds for the benefit of Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., Anheuser-Busch, Incorporated, Busch Entertainment Corporation, and/or a related entity for the purpose of financing or refinancing the cost of the acquisition and installation of certain facilities.    (APPROVED)
