1   Proposed Fiscal Year 2008 Budget and Tax Rates for 2007. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-40 to approve the budget and appropriate funds for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2007, and ending June 30, 2008; and proposed Ordinance No. 07-2 to impose tax levies upon tangible personal property, upon machinery and tools, upon mobile homes, and upon real estate for the calendar year 2007.   (APPROVED)

2   Approval of the FY2008-2013 Capital Improvements Program.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-41 to adopt the FY2008-2013 Capital Improvements Program as a long-range planning document.  (APPROVED)

5   Purchase Authorization. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-38 to authorize procurement arrangements for vacuum sewer valves; repairs/remediation for the Operations Center Fuel Site; and for the design of Moore’s Creek drainage improvements, Phase 2.  (APPROVED)
