A  Introduction of New Members to York County Boards and Commissions. Welcome and introduce Mr. Stephen Roth, newly appointed member to the Employee Grievance Panel.

B   Employee Recognition Program.  Presentation of service pin and certificate to the following employee:

C  Commendation of Josephine Hargis.  Presentation of resolution to Mrs. Josephine Hargis commending her for her service as a member of the York County Electoral Board.

1   Secondary Road Improvement Program—FY2008-2013.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-30 to approve a project priority listing for secondary road construction for the six-year period FY2008 through FY2013 and to approve a construction budget for FY2008.  (APPROVED)

2  Vacation of Drainage Easement.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-24 to authorize the execution of a deed or other document to vacate the westernmost part 7 feet of a 20-foot wide drainage and utilities easement across the rear portion of Lot 61, Section 2, Brandywine.  (APPROVED)

5   Purchase Authorization. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-26 to authorize the execution of a change order for the design of the Queens Lake Sanitary Sewer Project, and the purchase of a dump truck and a low-profile track dozer.  (APPROVED)

6   Interoperability Grant.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-32 to accept and appropriate 2006 State Homeland Security Grant Funds and complete procurements of interoperable radio equipment for York County and James City County.  (APPROVED)
