PUBLIC HEARINGS.

1   York Point Sewer Project.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-13 to declare the Board’s intent to enter and take necessary easements across certain properties for the purpose of obtaining permanent drainage easements and temporary constructions easements required for the York Point sewer project.  (APPROVED)

2   Conveyance of Property.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-12 to execute a deed to convey to Taylor Farms of Yorktown, LLC, approximately 1.41 acres of land owned by the County being a portion of Tax Map Parcel No. 30-00-00-185A.  (DENIED)

3  Communications Tower Sublease Agreement.   Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-17 to execute a sublease agreement with TTM Virginia, Inc., for the location of an antenna on the telecommunications tower on County property at Fire Station No. 2 located at 4405 Big Bethel Road.  (APPROVED)

4  Application No. ZM-104-06, York County Board of Supervisors.   Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 06-28(R) to reclassify various parcels in the County in accordance with amendments made to the Comprehensive Plan.  (APPROVED)
