1   York Point Sewer Project.  
Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-13 to declare the Board’s intent to enter and take necessary easements across certain properties for the purpose of obtaining permanent drainage easements and temporary constructions easements required for the York Point sewer project.

2   Conveyance of Property.
