3     Virginia Cooperative Extension Agreement. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-95 to authorize an agreement with the Virginia Cooperative Extension for FY2007.  APPROVED

5    Proposed Abandonment—Routes 640/1122. 8   Speed Limit Provisions—Running Man and Wythe Creek Farms. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-108 to request the Virginia Department of Transportation install appropriate signs to establish increased penalties for speeding on certain streets within the Running Man and Wythe Creek Farms subdivisions.  APPROVED
