2    Lease Agreement for Concrete Crushing Operation. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-65 to authorize the County Administrator to enter into a lease agreement between the County and Triad Demolition, LLC, for a portion of property located at the County’s Waste Management Center for use as a temporary facility for a concrete crushing operation.   (APPROVED)

4    Public Sewer Extension Agreement—Taylor Farms. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-75 to authorize an extension of the County’s sanitary sewer system to a proposed development known as Taylor Farms.  (APPROVED)

8   Comprehensive Plan Implementation. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-84 to sponsor an application to amend Chapter 24.1 of the York County Code to reclassify certain properties to provide for consistency with the land use designations established by the York County Comprehensive Plan adopted on December 6, 2005.   (APPROVED)

9   Grant Acceptance. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-85 to accept and appropriate grant funds to assist in developing capabilities for preparedness to prevent, respond, and recover from potential acts of terrorism.   (APPROVED)

10   Commendation of Retired Personnel. Consider the adoption of proposed Resolutions R06-87 and R06-88 to commend Matthew D. Bailey and Rudolph V. Baytop, respectively, Department of Fire and Life Safety, upon the occasion of their retirement from County service.   (APPROVED)
