2    Outstanding Youth Awards for 2006. Consider adoption of proposed Resolutions R06-46 through R06-49 to commend the recipients of the Outstanding Youth Awards in the categories of Community Service, Compassion, Overall Achievement, and Courage.  APPROVED

a.    Memorandum from County Administrator.

3  Purchase Authorization. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-56 to authorize purchase arrangements for the Edgehill South Drainage Study and Design.  APPROVED

4   Eastern State Hospital. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-57 to recommend to the Virginia General Assembly that Eastern State Hospital remain a public institution.  APPROVED

5   Rental Subsidy Program. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-58 to authorize the County Administrator to accept funding and continue to implement the Rental Subsidy Programs funded through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Virginia Housing Development Authority.  APPROVED

6   Emergency Home Repair Program. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-59 to authorize the County Administrator to implement the Emergency Home Repair Program and accept and appropriate grant funds awarded to the County by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.  APPROVED

7    Freight Shed Renovation Tax Credits. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-62 to authorize the execution of an amendment to the note for the renovations to the Freight Shed between the Economic Development Authority and the County of York to increase the note amount.  APPROVED

8    York River Commerce Park Infrastructure Extension Agreement. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-64 to amend the infrastructure extension agreement between the County of York, the Economic Development Authority, and Virginia Electric and Power Company for the York River Commerce Park.  APPROVED

b.    First Amendment to the infrastructure extension agreement.
