3  Public Sewer Extension Agreement—Woods of Tabb, Section 7. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-39 to authorize an extension of the County’s sanitary sewer system to a proposed development known as Woods of Tabb, Section 7.   (APPROVED)

4    Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act (VJCCCA). NEW BUSINESS

5    Proposed Fiscal Year 2007 Budget and Tax Rates for 2006. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 06-5 to impose tax levies upon tangible personal property, upon machinery and tools, upon mobile homes, and upon real estate for the calendar year 2006, and to prorate taxes on mobile homes; and proposed Resolution R06-35 to approve the budgets and appropriate funds for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007.   (APPROVED)
