Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 06-6 to amend the York County Code to add the Lotz Acres Estates and Tabb Meadows subdivisions to the list of specific areas where parking of certain classifications of commercial, recreation, and passenger carrying vehicles on public streets is prohibited.  APPROVED

4    Moore’s Creek, Phase One, Contract Agreement. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-28 to appropriate funds from the Stormwater Capital Fund and approve the procurement of services for the construction of the Moore’s Creek Drainage Improvements Project, Phase I.  APPROVED

8    Application No. UP-697-06, Stor-Moore. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-21 to amend the conditions of approval for a previously approved special use permit authorizing an additional 20,000 square feet of storage floor area at a mini-storage warehouse facility located at 7307 George Washington Memorial Highway.  APPROVED
