1   Central Absentee Voter Precinct. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 06-3 to amend the York County Code to provide for a central absentee voter precinct in close proximity to the Registrar’s Office for all elections.

2   Vacation of Unimproved Right-of-Way. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 06-4 to vacate the unimproved 40-foot right-of-way known as Williams Circle, Holly Point Subdivision, and to vacate a portion of a 5-foot landscape preservation easement across Lot 20, Section “A”, Holly Point Subdivision.

4   Application No. UP-693-06, Dominion Virginia Power. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-17 to approve a use permit authorizing a major amendment to a legally conforming special use through the expansion by more than 25 percent of an existing electric substation on property located at 441 Waller Mill Road approximately 1,520 feet north of the intersection of Waller Mill Road and Plantation Drive.
