3   Trolley Grant. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-12 to authorize the execution of documents necessary to accept an award of federal and state grant funds for a second trolley bus for Yorktown, to consummate a lease arrangement with the Williamsburg Area Transport and James City County to provide for the purchase and operation of the trolley bus, and to fund the annual operating costs from the tourism-designated lodging tax revenues.   APPROVED
