1   Charles Brown Park Wetlands Mitigation Project. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R06-9 to authorize the County Administrator to record a declaration of restrictions limiting the future use of property contained within a portion of Charles Brown Park as is included within a wetlands mitigation project constructed by the County within the park boundaries.

2   Amendments to York County Code: Wetlands and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 06-1 to amend Chapter 23.1 of the York County Code to incorporate provisions authorized by the Code of Virginia regarding wetlands, board membership, and Chapter 23.2 to establish fees for appeals applications, to establish the Board of Supervisors’ right to appeal, and to clarify provisions related to civil penalties for violations.

3   Application No. UP-688-05, SprintCom, Inc.
