County Administrator to record a declaration of restrictions limiting the
future use of property contained within a portion of Charles Brown Park as
is included within a wetlands mitigation project constructed by the County
within the park boundaries.

2 Amendments to York County Code:
Wetlands and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas. Consider adoption of
proposed Ordinance No. 06-1 to amend Chapter 23.1 of the York County Code to

wetlands, board membership, and Chapter 23.2 to establish fees for appeals
