It is anticipated that the proposed revisions to the Comprehensive Plan may change the use designations for a number of parcels throughout the County. Owners of those parcels have been notified of the potential change, and they may comment on the Comprehensive Plan during this period.

2      Changes to the Personal Property Tax Relief Act.
Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 05-28 to implement the 2004-2005 changes to the Personal Property Tax Relief Act of 1998.

3      Telecommunications Tower Sublease Agreement.

Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R05-188 to authorize purchase arrangements for a diesel excavator and extend the time to complete the Shoreline Erosion Control and Pier Construction project.
