2       Purchase Authorization.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R05-33 to authorize the execution of a contract for the design of the York Point sewer system and the Moore’s Creek drainage improvements, and authorize procurement of protective clothing for the Department of Fire and Life Safety.  APPROVED

3       Street Acceptance.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R05-29 to request that the Virginia Department of Transportation accept the Commonwealth Drive extension into the Secondary System of State Highways.  APPROVED

4       Sponsor Zoning Text Amendment.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R05-36 to sponsor an amendment to the York County Zoning Ordinance to allow consideration of a series of proposed revisions to the ordinance, and to consider establishment of a new Section 23.2, Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas, to the York County Code.  APPROVED
