10     Skimino Hills Sanitary Sewer Project.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R05-12 to appropriate funds and approve the procurement of construction services of M&W Construction Corporation and Mid Eastern Builders, Inc., for the construction of the Skimino Hills sanitary sewer pump and life stations.
