 1         Establish Rules of Procedure.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R05-1 to establish the Board’s Rules of Procedure for 2005, which shall include the establishment of the term of office for the Chairman and Vice Chairman, and the establishment of the times, days, and location of the Regular Meetings of the Board of Supervisors.  Approved
