4.     Drainage Easement Conveyance:  Home Depot.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R04-180 to authorize the execution of a deed conveying to Home Depot USA, Inc., a 20' drainage easement across real property owned by the County of York and located adjacent to Mooretown Road (State Route 603) for the purpose of stormwater drainage into a County-owned stormwater management pond.  APPROVED
