courthouse security, and deleting a provision by which the authority to levy
the $5.00 surcharge would expire on July 1, 2004.

Commons subdivision, and conveying to the Carriage Homes Owners Association,
Inc., a recreation area located on Commons Way and Bastille Court originally
intended as part of a regional bike path.
