3 Amendment to
York County Code: Chapter 7.1—Building Regulations. Consider adoption of
proposed Ordinance No. 04-18 to amend the York County Code to increase
building permit fees, incorporation of the new 200 Uniform Statewide
Building Code provisions, deleting the requirement for a local surety bond
for contractors, imposing a surety requirement for the issuance of a
temporary certificate of occupancy, requiring a surveyor’s certification of
final lot elevations and grades prior to the issuance of a certificate of
occupancy, and providing a new provision for maintaining a clean building
construction site.
