1       Waiver of Building Permit Fees.  Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 04-7 to provide for the temporary waiver of building permit fees on permits for the repair and reconstruction of buildings damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Isabel.

2       Approval of Hurricane Isabel Recovery Procurement Actions.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R04-58 to authorize the completion of purchases of goods and services relating to Hurricane Isabel recovery and appropriate the necessary funds.
