11        Sponsorship of Amendment to Zoning Ordinance.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R04-74 to sponsor an amendment to the York County Zoning Ordinance to amend the York County Zoning Ordinance to allow all single-family attached dwelling units to be eligible for the special building addition and accessory structure setback provisions currently limited to townhouse units.  APPROVED
