1       Back Creek Sewer Project.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R04-5 to declare the intent of the York County Board of Supervisors to enter and take the necessary easements across property owned by Ernest D. Lemonds, Jr., Trustee under the Ernest D. Lemonds Living Trust.

An Adjourned Meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2004, in the East Room, York Hall, for the purpose of conducting a work session.

 

The next Regular Meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2004, in the Board Room, York Hall.
