1 Right-of-Way Agreements with Virginia Power for Easement
Conveyance. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R03-160 to
authorize the execution of right-of-way agreements with Virginia Power to
convey easements for the purpose of placing underground utility lines across
property owned by the County at the intersection of Water and Buckner
Streets.

2 Abatement of Real Estate Tax Levies. Consider adoption of
