1       Right-of-Way Agreements with Virginia Power for Easement Conveyance.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R03-160 to authorize the execution of right-of-way agreements with Virginia Power to convey easements for the purpose of placing underground utility lines across property owned by the County at the intersection of Water and Buckner Streets.

2       Abatement of Real Estate Tax Levies.  Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 03-40 to amend the York County Code to allow for the abatement of real estate tax levies on buildings razed, destroyed, or damaged by natural or accidental events and through no fault of the owner.
