B       York County Youth Commission.  Receive first quarterly report from 2003-2004 Chairman Aneesh Venkat.

1       Lease Agreement:  Child Development Resources, Inc. (CDR)  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R03-153 to authorize the execution of a lease agreement with CDR for office space in the Griffin-Yeates Center building.  APPROVED

2       Use of Grant Funds for the Sheriff’s Office.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R03-162 to authorize the acceptance of a grant award by the Federal Bureau of Justice Assistance for the purchase of equipment to be used for citizen safety, law enforcement, and crime prevention.  APPROVED

6       Revenue Sharing Projects for 2004.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R03-164 to authorize the execution of agreements with the Virginia Department of Transportation for the administration of the Revenue Sharing projects approved for York County by action of the Commonwealth Transportation Board for FY2004.

An Adjourned Meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors will be held at 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 15, 2003, in The Gallery, York Hall, for the purpose of conducting the annual Legislative Breakfast.

The next Regular Meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 21, 2003, in the Board Room, York Hall.
