9        Designation of Agent for Emergency Services Grant Programs.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R03-138 to appoint an agent to execute necessary grant applications, agreements, related contracts, or other documents related to grants from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the National Domestic Preparedness Office, and the Virginia Department of Emergency Management.  APPROVED

11        Capital Project Financing.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R03-125 to approve reimbursement proceeds made in connection with the acquisition, construction, and equipping of certain Yorktown Capital Improvement Projects; and proposed Resolution R03-126 to reimburse the County from financing proceeds to upgrade the communications system.  APPROVED
