1     School Bond Financing. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R02-162 to authorize the issuance and sale of up to $8.4 million General Obligation School Bonds of the County of York, Virginia, to be sold to the Virginia Public School Authority.  APPROVED

2     Application No. ZM-68-02, Ned's Marine & Auto Center. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 02-19 to reclassify from High-Density Residential to conditional General Business approximately 2.16 acres of land located on the rear portion of property located at 2113 and 2115 George Washington Memorial Highway.  APPROVED

5     Appropriation of School Funding. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R02-176 to appropriate funding for school instructional technology initiatives, teacher training related to the State Standards of Learning, and for the Hampton Roads Public Education Services Authority.  APPROVED

6      Removal of the James River Reserve Fleet. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R02-177 to encourage the United States Congress to appropriate funds for the removal of the environmentally hazardous James River Reserve Fleet.  APPROVED
