1     Use of Grant Funds: York County Sheriff's Office. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R02-161 to authorize the County Administrator to accept and appropriate a Federal Bureau of Justice Assistance grant award for the purchase of law enforcement equipment.  APPROVED

8     York County Historical Museum. 14    Emergency Water Ordinance No. 02-18 (LATE MATERIAL).  Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 02-18 in accordance with the Governor of Virginia's Executive Order 33 for declaration of a water supply emergency pursuant to the Virginia Code, and to adopt restrictions for outdoor water use and to provide penalties for a violation thereof.    APPROVED
