9.  Hampton Roads Partnership Re-Qualification for Regional Competitiveness Program Funding. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R02-39 to authorize the Hampton Roads Partnership to carry out the provisions of the Regional Competitiveness Program (RCP) and approve the fund distribution methodology proposed by the Partnership.  APPROVED

10.  Yorktown Foundation Fund-Raising Proposal.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolutions R02-32, R02-33, and R02-34 to request Congressional support for the appropriation of funding for the revitalization of the waterfront picnic area in Historic Yorktown, to request Congressional support for the appropriation of funding for the revitalization of the National Liberty Monument, and to request Congressional support for the appropriation of funding for the construction of a new curatorial storage facility for the Colonial National Historical Park Service.  APPROVED
