9. Hampton Roads Partnership Re-Qualification for Regional

fund distribution methodology proposed by the Partnership. APPROVED

support for the appropriation of funding for the revitalization of the
National Liberty Monument, and to request Congressional support for the
appropriation of funding for the construction of a new curatorial storage
