Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R02-13 to allow short-term rental
to transient occupants of an existing single-family detached dwelling
located at 224 Nelson Street. APPROVED

Lane, and proposed Resolution R02-14 to authorize the establishment of a
private school on the aforementioned property on Palace Lane. APPROVED
