1.  Agreement with Child Development Resources, Inc.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-169 to authorize the execution of a lease agreement with Child Development Resources, Inc., for office space in the Griffin-Yeates Center Building located on Government Road.  APPROVED

2.  Tax Exemption-Caritas of Yorktown.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-187 to support the request of Caritas of Yorktown to become exempt from property taxation.  APPROVED

Elliot for service as members of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Urban Search and Rescue Team - Virginia Task Force Two.  APPROVED

6.  Public Sewer Extension Agreement-Busch Industrial Park, Phase II.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-182 to authorize an extension of the County's sanitary sewer system to Busch Industrial Park, Phase II.  APPROVED
