authorize the construction of additional treatment facilities and the
installation of a pipeline from the HRSD York River Treatment Plan to the
BP/Amoco Refinery to provide reclaimed water for industrial use. APPROVED

8. Joint Waterfront Development Agreement and Conveyance of
Freight Shed Building. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-155
authorizing the execution of a joint agreement with the Yorktown Trustees
relative to the use of historic building renovation tax credits, and
proposed Resolution R01-156 authorizing the execution of an agreement and
deed confirming reversion of title to the Yorktown waterfront freight shed
building to the Yorktown Trustees, and conveying title thereto the York
County Board of Supervisors. APPROVED
