take necessary easements and property regarding the Dare Heights sewer

2. Application No. ZM-59-01 (Conditional), James L.
Clayton. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 01-18 to

Medium-density Single Family, subject to conditions voluntarily proffered
