A. Presentation of Grant Award. Receive presentation of a
ceremonial check in the amount of $54,562.50 from John Matthews, Chairman of
the Virginia Board on Conservation and Development of Public Beaches, for
the Yorktown Waterfront Shoreline Stabilization Program.
B. Volunteer Awards. Presentation by Rick Smethurst, Department
of Community Services of the York County 2001 Volunteer Awards.

adoption of proposed Resolution R01-64 to approve a use permit authorizing
the establishment of a 30,900-square foot mini-storage warehouse facility
behind Rip's convenience store located at 905 Denbigh Boulevard. APPROVED

intersection of Wolftrap Road and Route 17; and proposed Resolution R01-65
to approve a use permit authorizing a 34,600-square foot mini-storage
warehouse facility on the property identified above. APPROVED

4. Approval of Procurement Action. Consider adoption of
proposed Resolution R01-69 to authorize the procurement of two vehicles to

5. Commendation of Congressman Norman Sisisky. Consider

Yorktown Library for the purpose of conducting a joint meeting with the York
County Planning Commission.
A Closed Meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors will be held
at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 25, 2001, in the East Room, York Hall, for
the purpose of conducting interviews for the position of County
Administrator.
The next Regular Meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors will
be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2001, in the Board Room, York Hall.
