2.  Public Safety Employee of the Quarter.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-59 to commend Andrew T. Barden, Department of Fire and Life Safety, upon his selection as Public Safety Employee of the Quarter for the quarter ended December 31, 2000.  APPROVED

3.  Public Service Employee of the Quarter.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-60 to commend F. Troy Lyons, Sheriff's Office, upon his selection as Public Service Employee of the Quarter for the quarter ended December 31, 2000.  APPROVED

4.  Expenditure of Funds for New Quarter Park Operations.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-62 to approve an expenditure of up to $28,000 from the Contingency reserve to be used to open New Quarter Park for general public use and to purchase additional picnic tables and trash cans.  APPROVED

5.  Endorsement of Fair Housing Principles.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-37 to endorse the principles of Fair Housing as set forth in the Code of Virginia.  APPROVED

6.  Parabolic Dish Antenna.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-63 to approve a request by XM Satellite Radio to add a parabolic dish antenna to an existing 250-foot communications tower.  APPROVED

7.  Approval of Proposed FY2002-2007 Capital Improvements Program.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-34 to adopt the FY2002-2007 Capital Improvements Program as a long-range planning document.  APPROVED

8.  Approval of the Fiscal Year 2002 Budget and Calendar Year 2001 Tax Rates.  Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 01-1 to impose tax levies upon tangible personal property, machinery and tools, mobile homes, and real estate for Calendar Year 2001, and proposed Resolution R01-35 to approve the proposed Fiscal Year 2002 Budgets and appropriate funds therefor.  APPROVED
