4.   Purchase Authorization. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-3 to authorize the purchase of architectural and engineering services for a three-year contract for small renovation projects.  APPROVED

5.   Street Name Change.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-5 to approve a request to change the name of a portion of Drew Road to Bronze Court.  APPROVED

7.   Speed Limit Provisions-Tide Mill Road.   Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-7 to request the Virginia Department of Transportation install appropriate signs to establish increased penalties for speeding on Tide Mill Road.  APPROVED

9.   Restructuring of Virginia's Mental Health System.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-20 to oppose implementation of the comprehensive plan for the restructuring of Virginia's mental health care programs and facilities.  APPROVED

10.   Application for No Wake Buoys.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R01-4 to forward the application of Aqua Marine Classic Charters and Restorations, Inc., for three no wake buoys on Chisman Creek to the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries.  TABLED
