4.  Amendment to York County Code: Motor Vehicle Licenses.  Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 00-20 to amend Section 15-239(d) of the York County Code to allow owners of newly purchased motor vehicles 30 days to procure a County motor vehicle decal.  APPROVED

11.  Regional Issue Committee - Corridor Beautification (Route 199).  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-179 to support the cooperative efforts of the Regional Issues Committee regarding corridor beautification along entry corridors leading from Route 199 to the City of Williamsburg, including their intersections with Route 199.  APPROVED
