authorize a use permit for the establishment of a mini-storage warehouse
facility on 2.9 acres of land along Hampton Highway, approximately 850
feet east of the intersection of Hampton Highway and Big Bethel Road. DENIED

L.P., pertaining to repair or replacement of equipment at a sewer pumping
station serving Kiln Creek Center. APPROVED

4. Revenue Sharing Projects for 2000. Consider adoption of
proposed Resolution R00-173 to authorize the execution of agreements with
the Department of Transportation for the administration of the Revenue
Sharing Projects approved for York County by action of the Commonwealth
Transportation Board for Fiscal Year 2000/2001 and to appropriate the VDOT
Revenue Sharing Funds. APPROVED

proposed Resolution R00-171 to appropriate technology trust funds from the

and appropriate funds necessary for the support of the FY2001 Yorktown
