2.  Commendation of Herbert H. Bateman.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-164 to honor the memory of Congressman Herbert H. Bateman.  APPROVED

a.  Proposed Resolution R00-164.

3.  Library Management Services Agreement.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-161 to authorize the execution of a management services agreement between the York County Board of Supervisors and the York County Library Board of Trustees.  APPROVED

a.  Memorandum from County Administrator.

4.  Purchase Authorization. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-157 to authorize the construction of the Utilities Satellite Shop paving project and the purchase of three replacement vehicles.APPROVED

5.  Extension of Vacuum Sewer System-Fisher Family Subdivision.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-146 to authorize an extension of the County's vacuum sewer collection system to a proposed subdivision of property on Calthrop Neck Road as requested by Elmer and Gloria Fisher.  APPROVED

Adams and Christopher M. Robbins.  APPROVED

9.  Route 17 Widening Project. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-165 to request the Commonwealth Transportation Board and the Virginia Department of Transportation to reevaluate the scope of the proposed Route 17 widening project between Route 105 and the Coleman Bridge.  APPROVED
