3. Circuit Court Employees Agreement. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-101 to authorize the execution of an agreement with the Clerk of Circuit Court for the inclusion of her employees in the County's Personnel Policies, Systems, and Procedures.  APPROVED

4. Transition of Industrial Development Authority Employees to County Employment. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-130 to authorize the transition of the current employees of the Industrial Development Authority to County employment.  APPROVED

5. Employee of the Quarter. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-143 to commend Marty L. Tomasek, Department of Fire and Life Safety, as employee of the quarter for the 4th quarter of FY2000.  APPROVED

6. Personnel Policies and Procedures. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-144 to amend and readopt as County policy the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual to become effective October 1, 2000.  APPROVED

7. Purchase Authorization. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-140 to authorize construction of the Penniman Road sewer replacement project.  APPROVED

8. Board Policies. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-137 to adopt certain amendments to Board Policy Numbers BP94-03, BP94-05, BP94-10, and BP96-15, and adopt new policy BP00-17.  APPROVED

9. Early Retirement Benefits for Regional Jail Employees. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-138 to indicate York County's concurrence with the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail Authority to offer benefits in the Virginia Retirement System equivalent to those provided for State Police Officers.  APPROVED

NEW BUSINESS.

10. New Quarter Park. The Chairman has requested discussion on continuing to open New Quarter Park to the general public on weekends through November, 2000.   APPROVED

An Adjourned Meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors will be held at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2000, in the East Room, York Hall, for the purpose of conducting a work session.

The next Regular Meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 19, 2000, in the Board Room, York Hall.
