2 Application No. ZM-46-00, C. W. Optics, Inc. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 00-16 to reclassify a 1.3-acre parcel located at 905 Seaford Road approximately 1 mile east of the intersection of Seaford Road and Goodwin Neck Road from Rural Residential to Limited Industrial, subject to conditions voluntarily proffered by the property owner.  APPROVED

8 Public Sewer Extension Agreement: Greenlands Subdivision, Phase Two: Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-126 to authorize an extension of the County's sanitary sewer system to the Greenlands Subdivision, Phase Two.  APPROVED

9 Street Acceptances. Consider adoption of proposed Resolutions R00-128 and R00-129 to request the Virginia Department of Transportation to include a street in Hillside Estates and a street in Kiln Creek Corporate Center 9 into the Secondary System of State Highways.  APPROVED
