2 Virginia Individual Development Account Program. Consider adoption of
proposed Resolution R00-119 to authorize the County Administrator to take
all actions necessary to implement the Virginia Individual Development
Account Program and to accept any grant funds awarded to the County by the
Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development. APPROVED

3 Colonial Services Board Annual Performance Contract. Consider
adoption of proposed Resolution R00-123 to authorize the execution of a
contract between the County of York and the Colonial Services Board for
the delivery of mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse
services. APPROVED

4 Hampton Roads Criminal Justice Training Academy. Consider adoption of
proposed Resolution R00-125 to authorize the execution of an agreement
with the cities of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Portsmouth, and
Williamsburg, and the County of James City, establishing the Hampton Roads
Criminal Justice Training Academy. APPROVED
