B Recognition of the Bruton High School Basketball Team. Presentation of Proclamation P00-15 to congratulate and commend the Bruton High School Boys Basketball Team upon achieving the State's AA Basketball Championship.

C York County Youth Commission. Presentation of resolution commending the members of the 1999-2000 Youth Commission, introduction of the members of the 2000-2001 Youth Commission, and receive final quarterly report from 1999-2000 Chairman.

1 Amendment to the York County Code: Garbage Collection Rates and Disposal Fees. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 00-6 to amend Chapter 19 of the York County Code to increase garbage collection rates for extra collection services only, to increase disposal fees at the County transfer station to $42.00 per ton, and to make miscellaneous administrative changes dealing with collection of fees, effective July 1, 2000.  APPROVED

2 Time and Attendance Management System. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-85 to authorize procurement of an automated time and attendance management system and to authorize the expenditure of $115,000 from the Contingency Reserve.  APPROVED

4 Virginia Cooperative Extension Annual Memorandum of Understanding. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-74 to authorize the execution of an agreement to provide for the operation of the Virginia Cooperative Extension Services Office for FY2001.  APPROVED

5 Purchase Authorization. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-77 to authorize the construction of the Piney Point sewer project and the purchase of video production equipment for York Hall.  APPROVED

6 Regional Live Fire Training Facility Agreement. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-81 to authorize the execution of a memorandum of agreement between the cities of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, the counties of James City and York, and the US Army Transportation Center for the construction of a regional live fire training facility.  APPROVED
