A Introduction of New Member to York County Boards and Commissions. Introduction of Mr. Daniel H. Comber as the newest appointed member to the Historic Triangle Bicycle Advisory Committee.

B Employee Recognition Program. Presentation of 20-year pin and certificate to Mr. Thomas Ashe, Department of General Services.

C Zweibrucken Student Exchange. Introduction of visiting students from Zweibrucken, Germany.

6 Commendation of Retired Employee. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-61 to commend Kenneth R. Owens, Captain, for services rendered to York County upon the occasion of his retirement from County service.  APPROVED

7 Additional State Funding for the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-41 to appropriate additional funding from the State Compensation Board for the purpose of purchasing equipment for the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office.  APPROVED

8 Speed Limit Provisions. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R00-55 to request the Virginia Department of Transportation to install appropriate signs to establish increased penalties for speeding on certain streets in Nelson Park and Brandywine subdivisions.  APPROVED
