A  Annual Audit Report.  Receive presentation from representatives from the accounting firm of Cherry, Bekaert & Holland on the results of the County's audit for the year ended June 30, 2009.

B  Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting and the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award.  Presentation of the Government Finance Officers’ Association (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the year ended June 30, 2008, and the GFOA Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the year beginning July 1, 2009, to the staff of the Division of Budget and Financial Reporting, Department of Financial and Management Services.

C  Governor's Technology Award.  Presentation of the Governor’s Technology Award for Innovative Use of Technology in Local Government to Terry Hall, York County Emergency Communications Manager.
