Brief summaries of current Request for Quotations (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Central Purchasing division are shown above (TIME for receipt of a RFQ is end of the business day unless otherwise specified). Those solicitations that may be downloaded are hyperlinked in the 'Bid Number' column. The 'Date/Time Due' column lists the Date and Local Time that your response must be received in to Central Purchasing (NO exceptions).
The NEWEST feature being offered for select bids (larger bid documents and/or 'oversized' drawings) involves a third-party service. If the word "Order" appears as a hypertext in the 'Actions' column of the Solicitations-table (above) then the documents may be purchased from the OfficeMax® ImPress service. This service will take your order to print, and deliver, documents (free within 30 miles of one of their distribution points) to your business. Clicking on the 'Order' link will take you from the County web-site to the third-party site where you may order the printed documents with a credit card (payable to OfficeMax). Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days. Be sure to order in sufficient time to get the documents to prepare your response.
